Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. to Sponsor the Intelligent Trailer Symposium at NACV

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., September 19, 2017 -­ Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, the industry’s largest manufacturer of refrigerated trailers and a leading manufacturer of dry freight vans, flatbeds, and Tautliner® curtainsided trailers is pleased to announce that the company will sponsor the Intelligent Trailer Symposium at this year’s North American Commercial Vehicle Show (NACV) on September 27th at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Participating suppliers and presenters of the Symposium include: Berend Bracht, President & CEO of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems; Jon Morrison, President, Americas of WABCO; Marcus Williams, Vice President, Original Equipment and Military of Michelin North America; Mike Swiderski, President of ConMet; Dominic Grote, President & CEO of Grote Industries, Inc.; Rob Phillips President & COO of Phillips Industries; David Kiefer, Director of Sales, Marketing and Product Management of Carrier Transicold. The Symposium will be moderated by Jeff Taylor, Vice President, Procurement, Forward Air.

“We’re proud to sponsor this great opportunity at the NACV show for individuals in the industry to learn more about the latest advances in trucking technology, and the essential elements of an intelligent trailer,” said Steve Bennett, Vice President of Utility. The NACV Show is organized and produced jointly by Hannover Fairs USA (HFUSA) and Newcom Media USA (Newcom). Leading truck and trailer manufacturers along with commercial vehicle parts and components suppliers will be there to demonstrate their latest product offerings on the show floor.

Utility will be exhibiting at NACV, which runs from September 25 – 29, and will be displaying the 4000D-X Composite TBR, the new 4000AE combo flatbed and the #1 selling 3000R refrigerated trailer.
