Fort Mill, S.C., September 11, 2017 — Continental will present its newest pioneering technology to make commercial fleets safer, more efficient and intelligent at the North American Commercial Vehicle (NACV) show in Atlanta, Ga., Sept. 25-29. The technology company, automotive supplier, and premium tire manufacturer creates cost-effective solutions combined with innovative tire technologies to deliver the lowest overall driving cost for fleets.

The newest addition to Continental’s fleet solutions portfolio is a remote, digital tire monitoring platform being presented during the company’s press conference on Tuesday, Sept. 26, at 2:30 p.m. in booth #1412. It can also protect tires from long-term damage for improved retreadability, reduce tire-related breakdowns and tire wear, improve fuel efficiency and safety. Details on the product will be provided during the press conference.

In addition to the new digital tire monitoring platform, Continental’s booth at the NACV show will feature the company’s advanced, application-specific commercial tire designs, innovative retread options, and ContiPressureCheck™ tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for vehicle operators. To represent the full scope of Continental offerings for the commercial vehicle industry, products and staff from other Continental divisions will also be present, including VDO RoadLog® ELD, eHorizon intelligent digital map, and OE technology such as the Modular Driver’s Workplace, instrumentation and clusters, powertrain solutions, and ContiTech air spring and mobile fluid systems. Zonar, the leader in smart fleet technology and majority owned by Continental, will also be located within the booth.
