Invite Your Customers and Prospects!
Promote your booth to your prospects and customers, and offer them free exhibit hall passes. There are three options for inviting your customers and prospects to the show:

- You can easily send invitations through your exhibitor dashboard
- Give your prospects and customers complimentary exhibit hall passes by sharing your registration code.
NACV Show sends invitations to your customers and prospects for you
- Simply share your customer/prospect database with us and we will do the rest. Your database must comply with privacy & antispam laws
- We can even follow up with them by phone to make sure that they received your invitation
NACV Show finds your contacts and invites them on your behalf
- Share company and job titles for those you’d like contacted with us and we can take care of the rest
Promote your participation at the NACV Show by adding the show logo, web banner and your complimentary registration code on your website, events calendar, emails and other marketing materials. Encourage your sales team to invite your prospects and customers to stop by your booth, and to add the NACV Show web banner on their signature block.
NACV Show 2021 exhibitors launching new products or services in conjunction with the event qualify to schedule a press conference. In 2019, nearly 200 accredited journalists from around the world attended the event and reported on breaking news from 30 exhibiting companies.
